3 Abdul Buffet Dinner 2019 @ Vouk Hotel Suites

Vouk Hotel Suites has chosen ' 3 Abdul ' as the theme for this year's Ramadhan buffet available at C'est Si Bon. The spread is available from 7PM to 10PM daily and features a variety of local favourites. The menu includes classic items like sup gearbox, Roasted Lamb Vindaloo, Gulai Kawah Daging Rebung and Beef Rendang Mamak

This has always been their speciality, I had no idea how to eat it actually and Thanks for Lia teach me how to eat it hehe! It's kind of fascinating to me slurping the soup through the bone with a straw. I really enjoyed the sup gearbox👄 Wonderfully flavourful and rich, while the freshly made waffle was a delicious match with the jam from all the choices💓

Another signature dish to savour is the Lamb marinated, a personal favourite of this.

For dessert, if you're a sweet tooth make sure you have some Fruit Tartlet, Mango Pudding, Black and white mousse, Orange Cream Caramel! All super rich and sinful but heaven in every spoonful. If you're a durian lover, try Serawa Durian!

I was happy to see a variety of local desserts available to choose from. They had a perfect balance of the sweet cakes and tarts and also kuih-muih. You could also find some freshly-made dessert at the live stations like Waffle and ABC (Shaved ice with toppings.) My plates of desserts. I can't decide which one I like the best because I loved them all. Oh ya! The chocolate fountain on the fruits... yas!
