There's so much to explore, so dive right in - The food stalls serving up a variety of local Malaysian delights. Hvae a go from Ayam Dara Goreng berempah to chicken and beef satay; roti jala; lok lok; rendang tok; fried banana, sweet potato and cempedak fritters; and anika lautan panggang – traditional grilled seafood such as cencaru, kembong, pari, keli, terubok and kerang served with an assortment of Malaysian dips.

The buffet will comprise numerous ambassadors for Malay cooking - sup gearbox – a flavourful-packed broth made from cattle bone infused with various blends of herbs and spices – makes a comeback to the buffet spread.

That is not all. You can also savor local desserts like ice kacang and cendol, or wash down your meal with free flow of beverages like lin chee kang, teh tarik, air sirap selasih and air bandung.

Savour traditional Malaysian favourites like acar buah, goreng tempe, gado gado, penang pasembur, mee rebus johor and kerabu daging, prepared by the resort’s seasoned local chefs.

Do not miss out on the nasi ulam prepared with dessicated coconut, dried shrimp, mixed local fern leaf, ground chilli, local crackers, nuts and pickles.

Cherished classics include the Malay kuih muih such as tapai ubi, apam kelapa, pulut inti kelapa, dodol, kuih batang buruk and kuih seri muka; as well as dates, bubur kacang merah and a variety of cakes and pastries.
