Not many people will list Taiwan as their favourite country, but for me, Taiwan is one of my favourite country and affordable. Me and my boyfriend would sit down to plan our next stint of travel, i'd vote for Taiwan. So, on our trip to Taiwan, we will most likely arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, Taiwan's main international airport. We will be going their for 8days

I love it when it arrive January, their calendar is packed with fascinating celebrations and holidays.
1. I love when Jan is their Taiwan Lantern Festival. There are thousands of paper lanterns are released in Ping Xi Taiwan
2. The taiwanese are ridiculously friendly.

4. The food is a dream! Is also a land of Themed restaurant
I don't know what i was thinking, but the food in Taiwan is amazing.
In Din Tai Fung, their dumplings and steamed buns are famous in their, unidentifiable fried meat on skewers, cong you bing - a messy yet amazing pancake etc
You will love the combination, they are incredible tasty and really affordable.
There are countless night markets across the island. Each one is different which makes it exiting.

5. Breathtaking scenery
Taipei offers alot of sight, these are the highlights : Taipei 101, National palace museum, Longshan temple, Elephant mountain.
6. It's not super expensive. Taiwan is slightly more expensive than southeast asia, but if you're a budget traveller like me and don't mind staying in budget hotel, you can travel around the country for less than RM100 per day.
We first visited, i average around RM600 for 8 nights in accommodation cost.
