This new “Modern Italian Cuisine” restaurant, like so many others in Penang, is tucked away unobtrusively amid a collection of small business. The signage out front is modern, black-and-white stylish. But you could easily overlook it if you were just cruising for a place to eat. ( Its across the street from Pulau Tikus Post Office and the large Maybank ). Well, Parking could be a problem🧐 But that’s the case in most of Pulau Tikus and Penang, even. This is really cosy restaurant with good service that is not too formal. The environment is quite nice and i think is more suitable for couple who wants a date at here. There was a private dinner on upstairs so they can obviously cater for such events. Served nice food, nice service, good wine, clean, nice and mimimalistic ambience designed setting black and white~ It’s a relatively small restaurant and at the end of the room there is a semi-open kitchen which is something we particularly like.
📍Classic Gold Capello d’angelo “angel hair” RM48 This is a new favourite way to eat pasta with fresh taste of scallops. I never thought cold pasta without a heavy sauce could taste so delicious. Chef markus is passionate about cooking and it shows. He makes the pasta and bread fresh daily. All the dishes on the menu are prepared with high quality ingredients and good technique.
Cheese platter RM78
📍Mozzarella Bufala - Serving in individual pieces. It is made from the milk of water buffalo and is a soft cheese.
📍 Gorgonzola D.O.P - This is a veined italian blue cheese. it is made from unskimmed cow’s milk a bit buttery likr texture being creamy and spreadable. It carries a distinct smell which some might love it and some might not.

Their vegetarian dishes use non-animal rennet cheese imported from Australia. They also have gluten free options which some of the pastas are handmade from them.
