Indulge in their sumptous Christmas Buffet at Roselle Coffee House and Hisbicus Grand Ballroom, Lexis Suites Penang in conjunction with the joyous and festive season of Christmas.

Executive Chef, Chef Johnno, and his culinary team have crafted a mouth-watering spread to be served during Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner at Hibiscus Grand Ballroom from 6.30 pm to 1.00 am and Christmas Day Buffet Lunch at Roselle Coffee House from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm

All these will be presented in several different sections namely from cold delicacies, Japanese corner, soup, carving, seafood on ice, noodles stall, western delight, hot dishes to desserts.

Kick-off your buffet with a variety of hors d'oeuvres such as Smoked Chicken Breast with Teriyaki Gravy and Salmon Gravlax in savory little bites that will get the appetite going. Then, it is on to the different types of salads such as Walnut Apple Salad. Australian Potato Salad coupled with different types of dressing and condiments which will keep the taste buds craving more.

To smooth down the throat, we have piping hot Lobster Bisque with Almond Flakes accompanied by freshly baked bread, rolls, and butter.

For the mains, diners will find many classic dishes such as BBQ Chicken Ragout, Sautee Gragrnt Pumpkin with Chicken Floss, Grilled Lamb Chop with Authentic Rosemary Juice, Brussels Sprouts with Turkey Ham and Nuts among others. Besides, one can also indulge in our Asian style Teriyaki Beef with Sauteed Mushroom., Artichokes and  Pearl Onions for a different filling. 

Of course, we also have a must-have dish for Christmas, a classic authentic roasted turkey which our fellow chefs will carve and served alongside with york shine pudding, roasted baby potato, chestnut, and apple stuffing and cranberry, giblet, butter vegetable sauce.

The buffet then ends on a sweet high with House Green Tea Tart, Chocolate Creamy Pauloua, Lemonade Gipsy, Chocolate Fountain, Ice Cream, Traditional Christmas Fruit Cake, Pudding, Stollen, Yule Log and many more.
