Sometimes you just want to treat yourself and your loved ones to a sumptuous buffet spread and celebrate a special occasion. Well, you can now indulge your taste buds at Vouk Hotel Suites.
Vouk Hotel Suites strategically located in the heart of Georgetown, just a strolling distance away from the fame Gurney Drive and 35 minutes away from Penang International Airport. But who am i kidding? *Buffet are messy affairs and people shouldn't count their blessings if they've survived the ordeal without spilling a glass of red on their shirt. On that note, but just topping up an additional RM30, guests can enjoy free flow wine and beer to keep them happily inebriated throughout this buffet spread.
The dessert counter is a highlight on that day. The cake are delicate, creamy and rich just like how they rightfully should be. Waffles is made upon order at the counter, Ice-cream are unlimited and local Malaysian Fruits lined one side of the counter.

Finish your meal or start with dessert. The soft and fluffy waffle here are legendary!
We ordered one of the signature dessert - the Tuna Waffle and was rewarded with full load of Tuna. Delectable!
Favorites like Herb roasted chicken, Char Koay Teow and Waffle will be also cooked to order at the stalls.
With visual drama and theatrics thrown in for its interior and food preparation, you are guaranteed a feast not just for your appetite but your taste buds and eyes too.
The signature stalls include Pasta Station with 3 different sauces to choose from and hawker stall featuring Vouk Hotel Suites' locally acclaimed Char Koay Teow.

Noodle Station is rotated on a daily basis so diners can sample Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee or Loh Mee during each visit.

Pasta Station
Pasta is perceived as a waste of stomach space but I just couldn't resist! The pasta hotspot allows patrons to personalize pastas by choosing their own pasta style and sauce.
Sharwama Station
Ordered ourselves a chicken Sharwama. The chicken sharwama platter filled with Pita Bread and Condiments is a great with lot of tender, delicious spiced chicken.
Cake and Sweet Temptation 10 types
Chocolate Fountain with Fruit and Marshmallow
And of course, no buffet is complete without dessert. The chocolate fountain is a must try!

Pumpkin Soup
Here you can have free flow Oyster, Mussels, Half Shell Scallops, Boiled Prawns, Green Shell Abalone Slices, Tuna and Fresh Salmon. Centering on a well-rounded mix of local delights as well as Western and Japanese eats, the buffet spread is passionately put together by the hotel's team of chefs, led by Head Chef Fat Fong.

Japanese section- An awesome selection of Salmon and Sushi cut by the expert throughout the duration of the buffet.
Bread, Roll and Butter
Some of the mains available during our visit was the Beef Stew, Seafood Pot Pie, Lamb Moussaka, Sotong Masak Berempah, Fish head curry with Eggplant, Yam Duck, Asam Fish with Ladies Finger, Foo Yong Egg, Prawns Har Loke Style, Chicken Marmite, Stir Fried Celery with Pacific Clam, Deep Fried Japanese Egg Tofu with Pak Choy and Crab Meat sauce.
Diners would also entertained by the live carving meat session. A wonderland for foodies craving freshly grilled chicken satay with groundnut sauce and condiments, Lamb, Beef, Jumbo Sausage, Squids, Slipper Lobster, Salmon.
We particularly enjoyed the satay and seafood.
