I'm back with the beauty treatment again and have you ever heard about YOU CAN WHITE FROM HEAD TO TOE in just 10 minutes? A lot of people has been asking about how come ha?! All the rooms are private and have their own changing rooms, treatment bed and shower room of course and R-630 light facilities, so you won't feel shy about walking around nearly naked. They also provided bathrobes and disposable underwear and slippers.

For your information, R-630 light therapy is a Red Light Therapy. Red Light Therapy is an extremely effective treatment for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, aiding in fading sunspots, and hyper pigmentation by stimulating the skin cells vitality and permeability. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, acne, eczema, sun damage and other skin problem.

Then my therapist remove my make up using the cleansing oil and creams available. Then they instructed me to lie face down, then proceed to cleanse, scrub and massage my entire face and body. By that, I mean every inch from the back of my knees to my bikini area, and from armpits to my chest. I appreciated how through it was, actually, since i felt like i was getting the most out of the service.

Now for the fun part- 10 minutes inside the collagen box. First timers can dial down the time to 10 minutes but 15 minutes is the recommended for maximum absorption. I was asked to put on a pair of safety googles, because the light can get very bright. It can seem intimidating but my therapist assured me its very safe and that they'll be inside the room the whole time. The box itself is big enough to hold a chair and some space to move in, so claustrophobic moments are minimized. I also loved that each box comes with a sound system, so you can hook up your phone and play some music inside there.

After that, Post- Light Therapy, I immediately downed a cup of tea to hydrate myself. Aside from feeling a bit thirsty and having to adjust my eyes to the change of lighting, i didn't experience any negative side effects. No dizziness here. The session ended with another round of mask application to calm the skin down and boost the box's lightening effects. The entire process from exfoliating to light therapy takes one hour and a half, which is reasonable enough for people who want to get this treatment.
