So let's go!

I believe that most seafood aficionados will look for crab at buffet right? Over here at Hilton, you can find them cooked in chinese cooking style. Black Pepper Crab. The flame wok crab with Chef's homemade sauce. Delicious. This version of crab was the creamy, saucy and thick type that could be considered lip-smacking good as the sauce coated the crabs quite evenly and abundantly. The meat was sweet and fresh, lovely~~~ Would have preferred if there were strong hints of curry leaves, but still my favourite crab tasted here!

So used to Western Style Fragrance wok fried Green Lip Mussels cooked with Chef's Special Mongolian Sauce. We enjoyed this two dishes in chinese cooking style station.

From the hot warmers, savor delicious Malay Specialities from Malay Kitchen such as Ikan Bakar Air Assam/ Cili Kicap and Udang Bakar with Percik Sauce.

The Indian Station features some of sumptuous dishes such as Asian Seabass Tikka and Kana Madras. Good to try out this cus this is the most-lick-the-plate delicious sauce for me!
They provided the most fresh fish too. Marinated Asian Seabass Tikka  (Siakap) with Aromatic Spices, and also served with Mint Chutney.

Kanava Madras
It's a stuffed squid with Minced Seafood and Indian Spices, served with Tomato Chutney.

The grilled station i was mentioned earlier was very good. The squid were fresh and tasty. There is a line-up required, but well worth it. Every table have their own number. You may take the clips on the table and put at the station that prepared a basket for you and they will make it for you!
