Hello Today i'm going to share about the Ramadhan Buffet at Iconic Hotel. The time of the year has arrived for the festival season. Me and my fellow blogger friends are on an eating spree again tasting Ramadhan Buffet offerings from many restaurants and hotels in and around Mainland. One of my favourite places I truly look forward to tasting and review is Iconic Hotel with their Dulang Pak Beh Ramadhan Buffet, spicy, sour, sweet dishes all ready to entice your taste buds.

This Ramadhan, Iconic Hotel is delighted once again hold a buffet of local favourite dishes especially lamb, from 17th May 2018 to 14th June 2018.

In Iconic Hotel Ramadhan Buffet 2018 also offers diners a total of 3 choices of rice to taste from and get with the dishes. Choose from the fragrant and healthy Nasi Tomato, Colourful Nasi Hujan Panas and Nasi Putih. 


For the Main Course, Not forgetting some of the Malay favourites too such as all-time tasty prawn dish of Udang Masak Sos. During the preview, we were treated to 3 different variety of chicken dishes which includes the popular Ayam Goreng Berempah, Ayam Masak Merah and Ayam Percik Kelantan.

My Favourite of the day and also guests may also indulge in their local favourites selections such as Kambing Panggang Sesedap Rasa Bersama Sos Lada Hitam dan Yogurt Pudina.

STALL 4 KAMBING PANGGANG SESEDAP RASA BERSAMA SOS LADA HITAM DAN YOGURT PUDINA


Kambing Panggang Sesedap Rasa Bersama Sos Lada Hitam dan Yogurt Pudina. The roasted lamb is an absolutely must-try. It is different from the other buffets I've tried before and it is well marinated with herbs and spices. There will also be special stalls set up to bring back the nostalgic feel of Ramadhan Season, which will be serving up Shawarma Chicken with Roti Pita. 


STALL 7 SHAWARMA AYAM 

 The Chicken Shawarma was fine with the Pita Bread. As the bread was moist and the chicken pieces were tender. 

Soto Ayam Madura and Sup Daging Udara


The dessert corner was filled with some delightful bubur lambuk, Soto Ayam Madura and Sup Daging Udara including traditional malay kuih to end your meal on a sweet note.

STALL 8 APAM BALIK KEJU DENGAN PERASATAMBAHAN


The keropok corner - Keropok Ikan, Keropok Sayur, Keropok Udang, Keropok Bawang, Papadum, Keropok Moni and Keropok Berlinjau 



The dessert - Aneka Kuih Muih Melayu dan Nyona. There are 18 types of Kuih Muih. Of course, there are also have Lemang and Ketupat, Serunding ayam and Serunding daging for Istimewa Ramadhan.
They have Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Buah Melaka. Kuih Cara Manis, Kuih Tako, Cucur Badak, Kuih Lopis Pulut, Kuih Bingka Ubi, Kuih Sagu Lapis, Kuih Talam, Kuih Lapis, Karipap, Onde-onde, Tepung Pelita, Kuih Karas, Kuih Loyang, Kuih Siput and Kuih Buah Rotan.









The dessert - Puding Caramel, Sagu Gula Melaka, Puding Roti, Agar- Agar Milo, Agar Agar Santan Pandan, Aneka Puding and Jeli.
